Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BenGait Labs, every device we produce is custom-made and patient-specific, designed uniquely using advanced digital workflows. Due to this personalized nature, all products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, or once the order moves into design or production, cancellations cannot be processed.

Refunds

Since all products are fully customized for individual patients, refunds are not applicable.
In rare, exceptional cases where a refund is approved (at the sole discretion of BenGait Labs), it will be processed within 7 business days.

Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

If you notice any manufacturing defect in the product, please inform our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.
Upon verification, BenGait Labs will provide a free replacement or correction.
This policy applies strictly to manufacturing defects and does not cover fit issues, wear-and-tear, or misuse.

Warranty Components

For parts or components that come with a manufacturer warranty (e.g., mechanical or electronic systems), customers should refer directly to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Products and Services: Due to the personalized nature of orthotic and prosthetic products, returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects or if the product is significantly different from the description provided. Custom-made products are non-returnable.
Payments: Payments are processed securely through PayU. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the transaction.
Shipping and Delivery: Orders will be shipped based on the timeline provided during mutual discussions. Any delays will be communicated directly. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Return and Refund Policy: Returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy (see above). Custom-made products, such as personalized prosthetics or orthotics, are not eligible for returns except in cases of manufacturing defects.
